Cooking a Huge Bighead Carp and 100 Crayfish with Octopus
In this video, we’re cooking on a big scale. We brought home a huge fresh bighead carp and a lot of live crayfish. The crayfish are boiled together with octopus, while the fish is cleaned, cut, and roasted in the tandoor with vegetables until golden and crispy. Just imagine the incredible aroma we had at the table!
