    I watched the whole video on half speed so I could soak in every visual, every move, every ingredient (the ones I could identify anyway).

    In culinary skewel decades ago, someone asked one of the Italian chefs who the best cooks in the world are. Without a beat he said, “The Chinese are the best in the world by far; they can do so much more w so little that no one can match em.” This is proof. ✌️
