My mom makes fluffy flour tortillas on occasion with our island staple of chicken kelaguen. Im from guam and we make this for fiestas birthdays weddings etc.
Btw chicken kelaguen consists of chopped to finely chopped chicken, green onions (NOT SCALLIONS) lemon powder and if you want you can add chopped coconut and hot pepper. Goes perfect with flour tortillas so does butter on HOT freshly made tortillas right after cooking.
