Mmm that looks sooo good. It's so hard to find a good fish sandwich anywhere. I'm not a seafood girl but I do love fish sandwiches and fish and chips. I usually buy the fish patties already made because I never buy fresh fish but I am avoiding processed foods because I have high blood pressure. So I'll have to keep these in mind to hopefully make soon.

I used to love the Arby's fish fillet but the last time I got one the fish Patty was so small it's like honey they Shrunk the Kids. I got a half a slice of tomato a tablespoon of lettuce and a half a tablespoon of tartar sauce and both sides of the bun were burnt black no lie I know what black looks like and both sides of the bun were black I called to see if they would do something about it and they just said oh well sorry about your luck
