PARMESAN ONION CHIPS
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
yellow onions
Instructions:
Spread a thin, even layer of shredded parmesan cheese on a parchment lined baking sheet. Thinly slice onion rounds and layer evenly spaced on top of parmesan. Sprinkle with more parmesan and bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden and crisp. Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting apart into individual chips and serve with your favorite dressing for dipping. Enjoy! 😋

Edit: you can count calories, but it’s different when you become OBSESSED with it. If you are hungry, eat. If you are full, don’t eat. Find what works for you, try alternating recipes, including more home grown things into your diet over time. Small changes over time means less intense cravings and less binges. Don’t starve yourself. Because if you become obsessed with calories, eventually the idea of eating will terrify you. And this is coming from someone who is recovered from an eating disorder. If people want to eat this as a snack, then who the hell cares
