  1. Used to be scared of harvesting my own oysters in Florida. I’m 32 and I’ve eaten somewhere around 3k I’ve
Caught myself. I’ll get out there and eat 4-5 on site and bring home a bucket full. Eat what’s fresh, ditch the rest

  2. Pea crabs are the free appetizers. Fresh or fried (if you have enough) the perfect snack while you shuck.

  3. Ok so you thinned out the crab boil because it's so spicy but then you added a shit ton of hot sauce idk I just use the crab boil I got a little container just like his just for eating oysters

  4. Just got my #22 old smokey today. The weather needs to warm up before I can do some crankdat on it though. Hopefully in a week or 3 I can light her up. Not sure what I should cook on her for the first time 🤔.

  5. I say that about everything especially wild game, if you need to put all that shit on it you really don't like the way it tastes but you eat it because it make you feel some type of way to brag about it. If you can't take a piece of meat, some oil or butter, and a skillet and make something taste good you really can't cook you just know how to add flavors until you remove the base one entirely.

  6. I once had a Little Mamacita lure me in with smoked oysters, the Day of the Dead vodka and an entire night of deliiiiiishhhhoooz! I ain't been right since.

  7. You kept calling them rocks, and i want to know what was going through the first human's head that ate shellfish, specifically bivalves. "Ouh look a rock" *breaks it open and goes "ouh rock meat!" Then eats it
