I am Sri Lankan Tamil and the only Sri Lankan dish would be the crab curry and the appam 💀 and our appam we have with sambol Sothi etc. or we have our appam sweet. Ngl I don’t think any restaurant does authentic pure Sri Lankan food in the uk but this still looks nice. I would say it’s more Indian with a hint of Sri Lankan.
