  1. I mean it would make way more sense to eat this after your training instead of of before, and just having a banana and some peanut butter or something similar before

  2. Yeah it all starts with one plate.. before you know it another 30 day fast ๐Ÿ˜ฉ this is called a cheat meal btw.. if you are serious about losing weight, this is not recommended.. if you are lean already, itโ€™s ok once every 2 weeks
