  1. A meat smasher is great so you don't end up with all those big pieces. This was kinda hard to watch! First things first you need olive oil and get some onions sweated till translucent then add the meat, add spices, toss in garlic and stir till fragrant then add red wine and reduce it . Just that simple extra steps will elevate it a lot!

  2. Need some avocado cuh, I make β€œbeef n rice” all the time but I add avo and it takes it up another notch

  3. To match this style of cooking … Microwave some ramen noodles but sautee up some sliced beef and veg and make a fast pho .. I've been craving it .

  4. From the diamond district to the best fucking show ever… Lmfao πŸ˜‚ bro is a boss …keep up homie.. Gob bless you and the fam.. 😊..

  5. Bro.. bro.. thin sliced garlic and onion I. The oil first then add some Worcestershire sauce then add the mince and you can ground it off the bat πŸ¦‡

  6. great choice on the Venison dude! If you can get ELK or BIson your body will like that better. The omega composition is better than beef or venison. and STOP with the rice, use cauliflower rice instead or do grilled veggies. the rice will spike blood sugars.

  7. You definitely have some mexican influence around in your life i thought you would be making some French Brie with toast and figs or someshi πŸ˜‚
