Dirty Dining: 46 violations force Original Pancake closure in South Florida
Last week, inspectors with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation ordered three restaurants shut down, including The Original Pancake House in Miami-Dade County, which racked up an alarming 46 violations.
