  1. I drain the water completely, then mox sauce & powder, then add some milk and cheese + microwave it for 30 seconds. it makes a nice cheese sauce around the noodles once you mix it

  2. Okay so i had no clue people ate the ramen according to the pack's instructions…. If anyone wants to try; i use the Cream Carbonara type exclusively with this; 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 2 slices of american cheddar cheese, optional ; if i have it i add seaweed to each bite, and top with hot dogs. Could be tasty eith bacon but that probably be too much with the heavy cream and cheese for my taste.

  3. i usually remove all water possible and then adding a little bit of mayo and the packets, always delicious

  4. Mix the sauced packet and powder in the bowl youll be eating from. Add 1 egg yolk, a splash of milk and a spoonfull of mayo and mix, add the hot noodles and maybe heat for 30 seconds longer at most after mixing the noodles with the sauce if raw egg concerns you.

  5. This is my gf and I fav ramen flavor, she got me in on it but I use almost the whole packet of hot sauce 😂 she never lets me

  6. I’ll eat it both ways depending on the mood I’m in. If i want to eat veggies with it such as steamed broccoli, i like to keep it a bit on the soupy side.

  7. Helpful Hint:
You reuse your cooking water due to the starch that's in it.
Same with spaghetti, always place your starched paste water in your sauce .

  8. I think you’re just adding too much water, I only keep like one tbs or smth of the water and mines always creamy without having to fry it

  9. best method for me is mixing the flavour packet with kewpie mayo, soy sauce, and some of the death sauce that comes with the noodles. i put like 2 or 3 tablespoons of the starchy water from cooking the noodles plain into the mix and it becomes this kind of miso looking paste. that to me is the perfect creamy combo for my buldak carbonara. i have not looked back since
