Trying a Michelin Star Punjabi Restaurant in NYC
Ambassadors Clubhouse is the latest Indian restaurant to open in New York City and already has a massive waiting list. It comes from the JKS Restaurant group, famous for the two Michelin-starred Gymkhana. Ambassadors Clubhouse specializes in Punjabi food with unique twists on classic dishes, and the London location recently received a Michelin star.

Hey guys! Just watched this with my mom (who's from India). Pro tip for the chaat but don't overmix it! It'll get soggy fast and I'd say mix maybe a 3rd as much as you did. You want the flavours a bit seperate.

I was there recently, the food was good, but i found the overall experience a bit theatric or themepark-ish if I may. They try to do this whole colonial british oppulance theme, is a bit over the top in my opinion. My girlfriend was waiting for an elephant or tiger to emerge any minute lol. I've been to india and this was nothing like the food I ate there.

We recently got Gymkhana in Las Vegas, and I'm so thrilled! Hopefully, the new Ambassadors Clubhouse NYC is as good as Gymkhana is here (and both are back in London)!
This restaurant look awesome. For some Indian food can be too intense..the spices. I love the smells and spice mixtures. It won't be long before AI creates smell-a vision…lol. Another great review…keep up the great work !!!!
