  1. Speaking of burgers, still dying to see your Sando launch. I'm guessing you're waiting until spring so you can take advantage of outdoor space at the restaurant. Until then, I will just imagine tasting what's on the counter in front of you. I'm sure it's as good as everything else you make for us.

  4. I like the wine choice, I normally go with a beer if I'm drinking (a good IPA or a witbier is always a good choice). But a good red wine is always good with beef
