There's really no such thing as a "Chinese" restaurant. Oddly enough, a country of over a billion people has many thousands of "national " dishes.

Should have gone to Imperial Treasure and got an authentic Peking duck and not that aromatic duck. Or A Wong for their tasting or Hunan for their tasting menu. Kai is definitely closer to being an authentic Chinese than a typical British Chinese.
Lovely. Food looked fantastic. Yeah I'd pay it but I'd be disappointed with amount I got. Difficult to justify the price of the broccoli & belly pork however wonderful.
