Heavy pass of
Bacon seasoning
Garlic seasoning
Onion seasoning
Paprika seasoning
400g chopped onions

Stage 2
2 boxes of protein pasta if you want less calories use one box

Stage 3
2 packs or 20 slices of beef bacon once again if you want less calories it’s only used one pack.

Stage 4 assembly
Your beef is done
Add your pasta
Add your beef bacon
Add 400 g chopped tomatoes
Give this a mix and place into nine meal prep containers

Protein Garlic parm.
• 230g 0% Greek yogurt
• 40g light mayo
• 35g grated parmesan
• 15g lemon juice
• 10g garlic blend
• 10g water

8 servings 42.5g per serving

So each serving is:

42.5g portion gives you roughly:
• ~51 calories
• ~4.5–5g protein
• ~2g carbs
• ~2.5g fat

Protein BBQ sauce
• 250g 0% Greek yogurt
• 60g sugar-free BBQ sauce
• 20g apple cider vinegar
• 10g smoked paprika

Protein Alfredo sauce
• 220g 0% Greek yogurt
• 60g light cream cheese
• 40g parmesan

  2. Hey I’ve been staying away from protein pasta because I heard that they can be loaded with pesticides from the plant protein. My rosacea flares up when I eat pasta sometimes, I’m convinced it’s because of the possible glyphosate in the regular pasta. Anyone else have this issue? These look delicious but I don’t think I can stomach pasta of any kind
