  2. "I like Medium Rare with no Garlic Taste".
    A Garlic Powder when used lightly so as not give that nasty taste is ok! The Salt as you applied is awesome! Salt is Great for me. I like it to the heavy side and want some Pepper
    however! If the steak is large enough the salt does not overwhelm the meat, IMO! JMO!

  8. Well done is a black people legend. You’re not supposed to do well done. That’s how we always got colon cancer. The meat can’t break down fully inside you. And also, it’s not BLOOD in the meat. It’s an enzyme. So don’t be scared of a lil medium, or medium well my people 😂. If you ask for a well done steak at a fancy restaurant, u disrespecting the chef
