Old enough to be your gran but still enjoy watching you be frugal and healthy with your cooking. In my next life I want to be like you. I do have one suggestion for your mushy brown rice. Treat them like leftover mashed potatoes and turn them into savory pancakes. They would be good under a gravy based meat or poultry dish. Worth a try? 😊
Try cutting the corn off the cob in a BUNDT PAN… place cob in the Hole and the kernels fall into Pan..
