Protein Peanut Butter Balls… 🤤 #recipe #cooking #food #protein
3 ingredient peanut butter balls… 🤤
They took about 5 minutes to throw together, no baking required and they’re perfect for when you want something sweet but don’t want to start a full recipe.
Technically it’s 4 ingredients because you add water… but in my opinion water doesn’t count as an ingredient 😂
Tomatoe, tomato!
Ingredients
• 140g PB2 powdered peanut butter
• 20g sugar free maple syrup
• 50g sugar free chocolate chips
• Water (added slowly)
Method
– Add the peanut butter powder and syrup into a bowl and mix together. Then slowly add small amounts of water while mixing.
– The key here is to add the water gradually so the mixture stays doughy and slightly powdery, not fully smooth or wet.
– Once it starts to come together, fold through the chocolate chips.
Spoon out the mixture and roll into 12 balls. They’ll be slightly sticky when rolling, which is normal.
You can eat them straight away, but I honestly preferred them after 1–2 hours in the fridge when they firm up a little.

That's 4 ingredients. Lol
Oh hell yeah!😆
No dairy, I m all over this!😉
Thank you!
I'm curious as to whether the original video uses sugar free maple syrup or not – as she said each ball has approx 70 calories and 7 grams of protein, wondering if that changes depending on whether you use 100 maple syrup or the bland sugar free watered maple flavoured version
Hey man, how do you get the PB balls to not stick on your hands when rolling them?
Peanut butter powder?? Never heard of it. Love your recipes though so it’s probably good.😊👍🏼
Back to loving everything! 😂 Actually there’s nothing wrong with picking recipes that look good and showcasing them, even if it makes you look “easy”. And with this set of ingredients, you ask how bad can it be?
Why can't anyone count..there are 4 ingredients..yes water counts
