    For Roujiamo Orthodox support, No Chill and onions in Roujiamo! Bun should just a simple bun without crust.
    Also, Henan province is also famous for its noodle and胡辣汤（not 糊辣汤）：a special soup(in Western mean)

    I always love the food videos from China and Taiwan, because Chinese food is soooo good and cheap too. How can they sell all these delicious foods for sooo cheap. Just about every dish you guys eaten would be at minimum $5.00 and more here in the states. @06:26 each of those bowls would run at least $10+ here(prob more around $13.99 to $16.99)

    I work in a Chinese factory with TONS of Chinese. I tried several of their snacks on Chinese New Years and they are pretty good! And at lunch, all the wonderful food smells! Ah! Makes me want to eat Chinese every day.
