Think you’ve got a stomach of steel? We headed to Dick’s Last Resort to take on their legendary “Big Meat Challenge.” This isn’t just a meal—it’s a marathon of meat, sides, and sarcasm.
The rules are simple but brutal: Finish every single bite in one hour, or pay the price.
📝 The Challenge Lineup
While components can vary slightly between locations like Las Vegas, Nashville, or Pigeon Forge, here is the massive spread we faced:
The Meat: Two massive steaks (including a 48oz T-bone).
Macho Nachos: A mountain of chips topped with chili, cheese, pico de gallo, jalapeños, and sour cream.
The “Wiener”: A full 12-inch foot-long hot dog.
The Sides: Double portions of cheddar mashed potatoes, double broccoli, and a house salad to “balance it out.”
🏆 Rules & Stakes
Time Limit: 60 Minutes.
The Prize: If you win, the meal is FREE, you get a commemorative T-shirt, and a coveted spot on the Wall of Fame.
The Fail: If you can’t clean the plate, you’re footing the bill (typically around $80).

My preference for steak is extra rare, anything else is just over cooked! That is the only meat I can eat that way, hamburger has to be cooked well!
