Hot Dog King I guess is for tourist and visitors to the met no one makes a trek there to eat those Dogs. Grays Papaya and Papaya king are more Iconic and theres a guy on 93rd st and Central park west that offers the quintessential dirty water dog in a classic cart. Most if not all of these digs are made by Marathon Enterprise ((Sabrett) out of Jersey although some may have Proprietary recipes.
