With that too many allergies, you should have brought your own food. Hopefully the restaurant might be understanding with your dietary restrictions so they won't be sued because you brought your own food, and have the rest order off the menu.
Or let the 12 order first so their food can be made asap. While doing so… your food order be customized with the server.

Even if the server had legitimately forgotten her water there would be no need to raise her voice or act like a child about it. When the server hasn’t even left the table yet it’s just unhinged!
