instructions

3 bell pepper and 2 large onion chopped you’re gonna be cooking these on a hot skillet

Use these seasonings with the onions and peppers

now add in 3 pounds 96/4 beef

Cook 20 slices of beef bacon once the bacon is done add the grease back into the meat and bell peppers The bacon is the reason why we didn’t season this meal. The bacon makes this meal taste great.

Boil 8 servings of protein pasta of your choice

Sauce mix
880g cottage cheese low fat
30g honey
1 bag fat free mozzarella cheese
50g 1/3 fat cream cheese
50g Pepcorino Romano
300ml protein silk milk
Pepper
Now blend

Last step
add everything together into a big pot all 10 of my meals came out to weighing around 16.9 ounces 17.2 ounces each

reheat from the refrigerator 1:30 seconds

Reheat from the freezer 1:30 stir then 45 seconds
