I fried up diced potatoes and onions then added in canned corned beef (Brazilian style) and when it was cooked added in diced cheddar cheese and 2 eggs scrambled in and put them on leftover flour tortillas I had with some salsa and diced tomato was so yummy, I love sloppy joes and have even made it with ground chicken I got at a good deal and cheaper then ground beef and it tasted the same and I couldn't tell the difference
