Ingredients
• 1 cup paka hua chawal (cooked rice)
• 1½ cup paani
• 1 pyaz (barik kata hua)
• 1–2 hari mirch
• ½ tsp namak
• 1 tsp sarson ka tel (mustard oil)
• Optional: fried fish, aloo bharta, ya achar

👩‍🍳 Method
1. Rice prepare karein:
Bacha hua cooked rice ek bowl mein daal dein.
2. Paani add karein:
Rice mein itna paani daalein ki rice poori tarah dub jaye.
3. Ferment hone dein:
Bowl ko overnight (8–12 ghante) room temperature par rehne dein.
4. Morning preparation:
Subah rice thoda sa mash karein aur extra paani thoda nikaal dein (agar zyada ho).
5. Serve karein:
Upar se pyaz, hari mirch, namak aur sarson ka tel daal kar mix karein.
