Kevin I love everything you make. I always add some Guinness to my stew I even marinade the beef in it overnight. I’m thinking to make the cake you made but I will add less sugar. Thank you for all that you share with us .❤
Colcannon is one of my favourite side dishes. I like to use leeks. Champ is similar and is also very good.

Everything looks good! The fairies were released from the Irish soda bread thank goodness. Love the potato dish. Interesting to add the cabbage and greens to the mashed potatoes. Yum! Excellent chocolate cake. Love the table setting, also the simplicity of the blue hydrangea floral arrangement. Perfecto! One of my favorite wines. I only wish I could be there for dinner. Oh well, at least I have an idea of what to make. We're supposed to get a big snowstorm on Sunday. The weatherman said several feet of snow for our area. Maybe I didn't hear him correctly. Anyway, just in case, I think I will pick up some corned beef cabbage and potatoes at the store. Thank you for the video. Take care and enjoy your weekend. See you in the next episode.
