The problem here is not halal non halal but "proudly" its provocative thats what causing all this backlash i am sure their have been non halal restaurant across the country in the past and are currently operating why they don't have any problem but this particular one does think again.🤔
By the way i know sikh are not allowed to have halal food i totally respect and understand that its every individual right to have what they want to eat but theirs no need to provoke others for that….have you ever seen a halal restaurant with a labelling "proudly halal"
I know their are Jewish kosher restuarant why they are not facing backlash?..
My point is if this restaurant have written "proudly non kosher" then their would have been backlash from Jewish community.
The sikh restaurant showed have stated we serve "Jhatka" word specifically used by sikh community for its choice like halal for muslims and kosher for Jewish.

Praying our this woman her husband abd family. They are perfectly right. They dont need to serve halaal food as they dont practice it. If I had a restaurant I wouldn't either serve halaal as not part of my religion. So why cant that alot accept others ……which is exactly the problems of the world. There was no need to put up asign like that. A lot of restaurants are not halal. This was an inflammatory action to draw attention. In short tyey were asking for trouble. The people attscking should ignore. Their business will naturally go downhill.
