Boneless Chicken Malai Tikka Handi
Serves: 5-6
Recipe in English

Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken 800g
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Tikka masala 1 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chillies)
-Lehsan (Garlic) 5-6 cloves
-Adrak (Ginger) diced 1-inch piece
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) 8-10
-Khopra (Dessicated coconut) 1 & ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) Fried ½ Cup
-Water ½ Cup
-Olper’s cream ¾ Cup
-Cooking oil 1 & ½ tbs
-Koyla (Charcoal)
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1 & ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) diced 1 medium
-Lal mirch (Red chillies) 4
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Kasuri methi (Dried Fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Olper’s cream
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Direction:
-In a bowl, add chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic crushed, black pepper crushed, cumin, white pepper powder, tikka masala, pink salt, lemon juice, & mix well.
-Cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a blending jar, add yogurt, green chillies, garlic, ginger, fresh coriander, mint leaves, desiccated coconut, fried onion, water, cream, blend well & set aside.
-In a flat bottom wok, add cooking oil, heat it.
-Add marinated chicken, cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes, flip the chicken pieces, cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Turn off the flame, give a coal smoke.
-Add cream & yogurt mixture, cooking oil, mix well, cover & cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
-In a tarka pan, add butter, cooking oil, let it melt & heat it.
-Add capsicum, red chillies, mix well, sauté on medium flame, tadka is ready!
-Remove the cover, add cardamom powder, garam masala powder, dried fenugreek leaves, mix well.
-Make a swirl with cream, add prepared tadka, and mix well.
-Garnish with ginger, fresh coriander, and serve with naan!
