Scandal at the dining table

Mary Bennet is causing quite the spectacle in Meryton… πŸ‘“

  1. Patriarchy is engraved in all of us. Being mad because a woman wants to see is beyond stupid, yet centuries later we still obey ridiculous patriarchy rules.

  2. The most telling part of this scene is that every one of these people came into the room, sat down at the table, were served food, started eating their meal and then … one sister (not her parents mind you) noticed that Mary is wearing glasses for the first time. Like hellloooo πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹ is she invisible to her family? Yes.

  3. I only like tv shows and movies which have the one I love and look up to Mathew Baynton πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–in them and be nice to me or leave me alone
