This high protein salmon salad came out ridiculously good 🤝🔥
Super fresh, super creamy and it takes about 5 minutes to throw together.
Perfect for when you want something light but still satisfying!
It’s one of those recipes that feels a bit fancy but is actually stupidly simple. Everything just works.
You can keep it simple in a bowl like this or level it up by serving it on toast, crackers or wraps.
Ingredients (2 serves)
• 240g cooked salmon fillets
• 70g avocado
• 80g 0% fat Greek yogurt
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 100g cucumber
• Salt & pepper
Optional extras: Hot sauce and Fresh dill
Just add everything to a bowl, mix it together and you’re done.

29g protein | 6g carbs | 16g fat
If you use wild salmon, you can bring the fat down even further.
