Over 100 chefs are flown in from all over the world to handle the massive scale. But how do chefs juggle a whopping 30,000 small plates while serving Hollywood elites who are used to the best food? We went behind the scenes with Wolfgang Puck to see how he caters the biggest party of the year.

And the people you are serving this expensive food too absolutely lost their mind when they found out that the military was given steak and lobster back in September of last year for a single meal.

You can see this was edited and written by general-audience journos. The tone and pharaonic edition is almost comical. Doesn't even look like a particular busy/sophisticated catering kitchen. Also that was some aggressive hair transplant at the end.

I am also curious about how they serve the 1,500 guest as I’ve seen a few comments regarding this. That’s many mouths to feed. How long does the dinner service go on for? Is the dinner for just the people involved in the film ( actors, producers, hair and makeup etc) or is the dinner also for the people who are working the event? I’d imagine it is quite a process for the actors to get ready for the Oscars so I would think all you want to do after is go to bed.
