    Cow ka first milk also called colostrum bhot zada zaruri hota hai bachhde ke liy kyunki usme bhot saare essential antibodies hote hai newborn ki immunity and long term health ko ye bhot impact karta hai.
    Cow 10-15 litres produce karti hai but calf only 5 litres around hi consume krta hai in 12-24 hrs of birth agar pehle bachhde ko peene de fer baki use kra jaay toh theek hai
