The thing with Josh is that he seemed to be on complete autopilot this entire service instead of being attentive to what was going on. Like even when Gordon's talking to him about the excess risottos at 3:30, you can see him already dropping spaghetti while being talked to. It didn't seem like he was aware of himself whatsoever, much less what he was doing.
And with that, Spaghetti Josh has made history as the first ever contestant to be kicked out during service. Making him the worst black jacket contestant ever.

Not only is he the first chef to get ejected but he’s still the only Black Jacket chef to get ejected during the Black Jacket phase. Plus he doesn’t even get a montage. That’s how terrible Spaghetti Josh(S3) was in his run.

Gotta give some credit to Josh. He could've easily lost it right there with Ramsay, but he kept calm and left as he was supposed to. Imagine if Joseph was in Josh's shoes.

It's so crazy that out of all the Hell's Kitchen seasons past and present, Josh still remains as the only black jacket contestant to be eliminated mid-service to this day and one of the worst to receive a black jacket, then you had Joy from season 12 but she quit mid-service due to heavy stress and pressure.
