One of my Favorite spots! Chef’s Table Turkish Mediterranean Grill 11851 Bandera Rd 123, Helotes, TX

They hand-mince the lamb, mix in just enough fat, then press it onto a long, flat skewer by hand before grilling it over open charcoal fire. You can literally see the juices dripping as it cooks 🤤

And that’s just one dish they also have plates served with rice and fresh salad, seafood options, falafel, lamb chops, handmade pizzas with tons of different toppings, plus all the fresh bread and dips you could ever want.
