Designed for up to ten guests, this private chef’s table experience places you front and center in Brookdale’s professional teaching kitchen. Led by our own Chef Chad Schoonveld , a Brookdale alumnus, professor, and mentor, you and your guests will share in the artistry that defines Brookdale’s renowned culinary program. As Captain of Team USA for the Culinary Olympics, Chad brings a touch of global excellence and a world-class perspective to this deeply personal evening.
The evening will also feature local sommelier Dan Serpi from Beacon Hill Country Club, who will guide guests through thoughtfully selected wine pairings to complement each course.
