Like the tip of making sauce separately. Simple and makes total sense. Presto…fresh sauce! 😊
Nice mask weirdo
I'm slicing the breast of a rotisserie chicken last night and the skin is not cooperating and literally you popped in my head saying to slice skin side down. The rest was very easy, lol. 💜
You say give it a try about the seasoning. I assume you meant on chicken, you tasted it before serving it to your clients, right?
Do you wear the mask by personal paranoid choice, or are your clients that persnickity?
I wish I could afford to have you cook for me 😂
This looks so delicious and healthy
This is good.
I’ll try that chicken your client recommended.
Recipe?
u are not a personal chef bro
can you do a video on knife skills? your garlic slices are so thin! Lovely. Also I keep watching the sauce part so I can see how to improve my own skills! Thank you so much for sharing these. you are really helping some of us feel more confident and creative in the kitchen!
Do you buy the ingredients out of your own pocket or do your clients pay for them?
I want to be rich enough to have all these ingredients wow
Love love your videos!!
That's lunch? Wow
i heart you. i can cook but i don’t want a restaurant AND THEN I found out that Michelin STARS means those brand of tires so i never take it as a compliment😢
my passion is personal chef. KEEP POSTING! YOU HAVE MOTIVATED ME TO LIVE MY LIFE TO THE FULLEST
What’s your favorite type of white wine to deglaze with? (That’s affordable lol)
My dad and I cook like this every Sunday for the family but I could not imagine doing this on a daily basis respect chef
I don’t know how yall cook everything right on electric stoves. The inconsistency and way it heats the pot is trash. How the hell we got convinced this was better.
Try it out the garlic at the end of the caramelizing process because it could become bitter too early before the charlottes are perfectly done.
Incredible
Love this guy
Literally cannot find tarragon anywhere these days.
Bro is feeding Caioulle
Get rid of the Fauci face diaper, then I’ll take you seriously
You should just use dill next time and call it parsley to troll them 😂😂😂
Looks delicious! How do you decide whether to cook the chicken in a cold stainless steel pan or a hot pre-oiled pan? Thanks!
I stick onions and shallots in the fridge before I cut them to prevent the tearing up.
A simple lunch, cmon man
That chicken is 100% not organic it looks fat and was pribably slaughtered at 3 weeks old, look at how tiny the legs are, thats a chicken thats been kept in a cage till the day its slaughtered
Those vegetables are calling me poor 😂
I looking to poach you so make me and my family poached eggs.
I personally prefer boned chicken be it thighs, legs and breast because it retains the juiciness and you can cook it slower.
Idk that looked like dill to me 😂
I 💯 Agree about the Mary's Chicken. It Tastes the way Chicken is Supposed to Taste.
If you know, you know.👍
Tarragon and chervil – My two favorite herbs.
Your sauces open a whole new world of possibilities, and as always the use of herbs is outstanding.
Only expert chefs touch the food in the pan with their hands damn
Take the mask off
That mustard veloute…. Dude.
Delicious!!
I'm watching you do it and that looks like Dill
Your plating technique is terrific!
that looks soooooo gooooooood. omg…i KNOW that chicken is JUICY
He sliced the garlic so thin it liquifies in the pan with a little oil
Man working for rich @ssh*les must be nice, you can charge them 5x the cost of the ingredients and you don't have to worry about starving or being homeless its a huge win overall.
Why would he lie about using dill or parsley 🤣
Shallots wont overpower the chickens natural flavor
Why are you wearing a mask? It's 2026
Ah yes, a “simple lunch”
Crazy how a bunch of internet cooks trying to tell how a Culinary School grad how to cook for his clients. 😂😂
