Put down dough, then add sauce, then cheese, then toppings and roll it into a ball with the toppings and cheese in the middle with the dough on the outside. It amazes me that people can and do enjoy that much cheese on their pizza. Personally i find that adding too much cheese to things overpowers the other ingredients then all you taste is the cheese. Why not just eat a brick of cheese at that point?
