  3. Chef Mike… A try it out kind of tip for the nuggets… Here in Europe the butchers tip to keep food processor chopped meet juicy is to add crushed ice.

  5. You’ve given me an idea about chicken nuggets for a picky eater who will only eat pig shaped food. Ridiculous, I know. I can roll the mixture onto parchment until it’s almost frozen. Then use the pig cookie cutter, gather the scraps for normal,nuggets and proceed!

  9. These are some really creative, useful ideas. You do need to leave the time and temperature on screen longer.
    I wonder if you could let the pizza pockets rise before you freeze them?

  10. Tip to make the pizzas better: Just make them longer, add two of them together and you'll use more of the area for filling and less bread! 😀

  11. TIP: Doing little "pizzas" in an air fryer, par cook the crust on high for a few minutes so it cooks and browns on top, then flip it and add the toppings.
    750 grams flour, 70% hydration gets me 12 balls for 6 inch pizzas.

  12. Peel potatoes before boiling to avoid wsting so much as you did. Season potatoes with salt before molding into cubes for full flavor

  13. QUESTION>>> i saw in another of your videos a vaccuum sealer (square one) could you please tell me the brand and the site where i can purchase it…thanks OHHH do you have a video in how to make the black garlic…i never seen that before and since i love love garlic i will like to make it.

  14. Good food but too much prep time and cleanup time for me. The food choices I prep go much faster with much less cleanup. Can't have it all. Plus most people don't have enough freezer space to store all these because their upright freezer is already loaded with meats, fish, poultry, ice cream, ice, and frozen foods we got on sale in bulk. So where's anything else gonna fit?

  16. i was losing my mind because in argentina 99% of the air fryer goes only to 200 degrees… celsius, so i was wondering how your meals doesnt bur because 360 degres celsius is more than enough to make plastic like pla or petg to become liquid form. then i saw the banner that said. 360 degres or 180 celsius

  18. the thing i dont understand about America, companies will take 50 cents worth of food and sell it for 5 dollars, and people buy it. but some no company can pay employees a living wage tell legally forced too. so what is happening to the other 4.50?

  20. As someone with hypertension, thank you so much for this video. I can't eat premade frozen foods because there is SO much sodium in every serving. I can't wait to try these! Another suggestion/challenge – frozen pot pies?
