I appreciate your attention to detail and customer service but you lost her after the first 10 seconds. People will only tune in for so long especially if it’s something they don’t have a vested interest in. I see you and like what your doing, but a more consolidated approach will do wonders for your brother.

Im sorry, if I need a book's worth of instructions to order a meal, I'm out. I'm almost 72 and this is much too complicated for me.
