This Isn’t a Buffet… It’s Better

There’s a new kind of all-you-can-eat starting to take over the Las Vegas Strip… and it isn’t your traditional buffet.

They’re calling it a “limitless brunch”—everything made to order, brought fresh from the kitchen straight to your table… as many times as you want.

I came in skeptical. Another endless dim sum concept, on the Strip, at this price point—I’ve seen how that usually goes.

But this… this is different.

From the technique, to the ingredients, to the consistency across the menu, there’s real intention behind what they’re doing here. Dish after dish, they delivered. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt like it was cutting corners.

This isn’t just all-you-can-eat. This is a full dining experience—and honestly, one of the best brunches I’ve had in Las Vegas.

If you’re looking for something new on the Strip, this is one you’ll want to see.

Welcome to Let’s Eat Vegas—your guide to the Good, the Bad… and the Delicious. I’m a chef and former restaurant owner and I tell it like it is!

  1. Although the food looks beautiful, I’m allergic to fish and seafood. I’ll give this one a pass.

    Love your reviews.

  2. How does the char sui bao compare to arum Ho Wan? The first time I had Tim Ho Wan’s was a food revelation how ver on subsequent visits I thought it was cloyingly sweet.

  3. It was $58 last year.
Tbh it's pricey but still better value than ordering a' la carte in Strip casino restaurants. 3 dishes @Bellagio "Noodles" will set you back $75.

  4. Have you tried Camellas something like that at PH Italian brunch Sunday only and it’s supposed to be the bomb

  5. You ask why 60% of viewers haven’t yet subscribed? For me, I will never subscribe to a channel owned by a guy that doesn’t have the balls to show his face in his videos. Calm me crazy but I don’t trust cowards with YouTube food channels.

  6. I would try this 3 times a week! Beautiful food, looks delicious, great footage and wow, shattering lol. Karla in Cali.

  7. Here in Hawaii, it has gone a different angle. We use ground pork for the protein but everything else seems the same. I have never had beef chow funn. But it has to be Look Fun noodles, wide thick and delicious. We need a good Chinese restaurant here on Maui. We have “ imitation “ Chinese who are run by Vietnamese! Absolutely NOT THE SAME. WE need a genuine Chinese Restaurant, not some imitation crap! We’ve had great Chinese restaurants but the younger generation did not want to carry on the respectful and grand dishes. Too much trouble for them. Too, too sad! Maui does NOT HAVE A GENUINE CHINESE RESTAURANT ANYWHERE ON THIS ISLAND. DIM SUM IS SOMETHING WE CAN ON,Y DREAM AND DROOL OF.
