Do you have a set temp you go with to caramelize onions? I usually only cook for myself, but the recipes I've made over the years are always like "medium heat for 5 minutes" and uh, I know that's a lie haha

Not saying wonder bread isn’t good with cavier, it just feels insulting to people who buy wonder bread bc they can barely afford groceries.
I am seriously curious on how many hours you have of active work time, especially for days like these. Back in culinary school, it wouldn't be out of the ordinary for us to prepare this many dishes in 5 to 6 hours, but only one to three servings at most. And we were usually in pairs too. Especially considering how many servings you're doing AND baking on top of that, that has to be hard and long work

Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog is THE BEST. I get it at my local grocery store and it disappears in a few days. Never thought to use it in an omelet- I'll try that next!
Everything is great but why so much caviar?
Mostly basic food in this world you can get but that ingredient unless they are Slav/Russian they cant tell the difference from.
Also so much is counterfeited, I would walk away.
