Crab Rangoon Filling
– 16 oz imitation crab, finely chopped
– 3 (8-oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
– 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup chopped scallions
– 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
Onion Rings
– 6 large onions, cut into thick rings
– Vegetable oil, for frying
– 3 cups panko bread crumbs
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp kosher salt
Batter
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 tbsp ground ginger
– 2 tsp kosher salt
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 3 cups buttermilk
– 2 tbsp Sriracha
Garnishes
– Sweet chili sauce, to taste
– Chopped scallions, to taste
– Sesame seeds, to taste
