• Use chopsticks preferably, or yours fingers to pick the sushi if you’re not comfortable with chopsticks (forks are discouraged and seen as disrespectful to the chef’s precision)
• Serve soy sauce to others first, then yourself
• Don’t mix wasabi into shared soy sauce
• Don’t dissect sushi – it’s meant to be one bite
• And no talking with chopsticks flying in your hand
