Cowboy Chef’s Table with Joel Bein and Amanda Simcoe | OSUIT
Guest chefs Joel Bein and Amanda Simcoe joined OSUIT Culinary Arts students for a special Cowboy Chef’s Table event, bringing professional insight, hands-on instruction and a memorable plated dining experience to campus.
During the event, students worked alongside Bein and Simcoe to prepare and serve a multi-course meal for guests in the State Room at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. The experience gave students the opportunity to learn directly from industry professionals while putting their culinary skills into action in a real dining setting.
