I’m eating dairy, fine dining dairy out in kosher. That seems to be somewhat of an anomaly.
The biggest highlight of a fine dining dairy restaurant is going to be the desserts because they use in fact milk and cream, butter and all the good things. That is the joy of this restaurant. Everything is beautiful. It’s fine dining. It’s a gorgeous room. You have your pastas, you have your fish, you have all this wonderful Greek Mediterranean flair.
