Authentic Salvadoran & Mexican Cuisine at El Guanaco | The Chef’s Table with SoFloDining

While in the process of preparing this, we received the sad news that Chef Cristina is no longer with us. She was summoned back by Our Creator to Her Mansion in Heaven and is being welcomed by all her family, friends, and the hosts of angels to her eternal reward for a life well lived on earth. May this serve as a testament to her God given talents and the grace she commanded while here with us. You are forever in our hearts, Cristina. Thank You for the delicious “antojitos” (snacks) and flavors from El Salvador and Mexico. You left us a generous treasure trove of soulful goodies to fill our hearts for years to come. See you on the other side, Adiós Querida.
