Today I’m showing you how to turn 4 simple ingredients – ground beef, onion, garlic, and tortillas – into 3 completely different dinners. One grocery run, one simple base, and enough variety to keep dinner interesting all week long.

👉🏻 RECIPES:

1. Loaded Beef Taco Bowl
Ingredients
1/3 of prepared beef base
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp soy sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 avocado, diced
Sour cream
Cilantro
Flour tortillas
Instructions
Warm beef base in a skillet over medium heat.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, and soy sauce.
Add cheese and mix until melted.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Top with avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
Char tortillas directly over a burner or in a dry skillet.
Tear tortillas and scoop up the beef mixture.
2. Crispy Tortilla Beef Pizza
Ingredients
1/3 of prepared beef base
2 flour tortillas
1 tsp oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp water
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar or Jack cheese
Oregano
Red pepper flakes
Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
Brush tortillas lightly with oil on both sides.
Bake at 425°F for 3 minutes until lightly crisp.
Warm beef base in a skillet.
Stir in tomato paste, water, and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread mixture over tortillas.
Top with cheese, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Bake 6–8 minutes until crispy and bubbling.
Finish with parsley and slice.
3. Asian-Inspired Beef Fried Rice Bowl
Ingredients
1/3 of prepared beef base
2 cups cold cooked rice
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 fried egg
Cilantro
Chili oil
Crispy tortilla strips
Instructions
Slice a tortilla into thin strips and fry until golden and crisp. Drain.
Heat beef base in a skillet.
Add ginger and garlic paste; cook 30 seconds.
Add rice and stir-fry until hot and lightly crisped.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Transfer to a bowl.
Top with a fried egg, cilantro, chili oil, and crispy tortilla strips.
Beef Base (Makes All 3 Meals)
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef and cook until browned.
Stir in onion and cook until softened.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and divide into three portions for the recipes above.
