I visited Cha no Oto in Nakameguro and tried their Wagyu & Matcha course.
The signature stone-grilled filet steak is cooked on a super-heated stone, creating an incredible aroma and rich flavor.
The course features Wagyu prepared in a variety of styles, including sashimi, seared, and grilled dishes.
My favorite was the Matcha Burger.
The combination of matcha and Wagyu was surprisingly delicious.
