Is Carnival Mardi Gras Specialty Dining Worth It? Full 2026 Tour!
Is Carnival Mardi Gras specialty dining actually worth the extra money? We toured every paid restaurant on the ship — Rudi’s Seagrill, Fahrenheit 555, Bonsai Teppanyaki, Emeril’s, the Chef’s Table and more — with 2026 prices and full menus, so you can decide before you book.
We just covered every FREE place to eat on the Mardi Gras (link below), so this is the companion guide to the specialty dining — the spots that cost extra. We walk the whole ship top to bottom, Deck 16 down to Deck 5, breaking down what each restaurant costs, what’s on the menu, and which ones are genuinely worth it versus which you can skip without missing a thing.
⚠️ Prices were pulled from the Carnival Hub app for our sailing and are accurate as of 2026 — but Carnival changes these regularly and they can vary by ship and sailing, so always confirm the current price before you book.
