We tried the brand-new chef’s table experience at Antica Sicilia — debatably the best Italian restaurant in Salt Lake City — and rated every single course. Yuzu cannoli topped with caviar, perfectly cooked scallops, dry-aged filet tartare with black truffle, a molten parmesan sphere with beef carpaccio, cacio e pepe with yuzu tuna, a 60-day dry-aged filet mignon with bone marrow, and a flambéed marshmallow gelato that might be the best dessert we’ve ever had. 🔥
